Changes to an order can be done as long as
the order has not been shipped. To change
an order you have just placed follow these steps:
Reply to the order confirmation email with the changes you request.
Give us a call at: (305) 209 4166. If you need a leave a
message please include your phone #, the order # and
the changes you request.
If the order status is 'Send to Warehouse', the order
could have been already packaged and picked up by our
shipper. In that case we will try to make the
requested changes but can not guarantee the change
