Cancellation Policy

By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following cancellation policies and conditions.     You can read more about our web site general Terms and Conditions.

Canceling Entire Order
•  Cancellation of an entire order can be done as long as the order has not been sent to the warehouse. To cancel an order you have just placed follow these steps:

1) Login under 'Order Tracking'
2) Click on the 'Cancel' link after your order

If the order status is 'Send to Warehouse', the order could have been already packaged and picked up by our shipper.  In that case you need to request a RMA by clicking on the 'Return' link after your order.

Changes to the Order
•  Changes to an order can be done as long as the order has not been shipped. To change an order you have just placed follow these steps:

Reply to the order confirmation email with the changes you request.

Give us a call at: (305) 209 4166. If you need a leave a message please include your phone #, the order # and the changes you request.

If the order status is 'Send to Warehouse', the order could have been already packaged and picked up by our shipper.  In that case we will try to make the requested changes but can not guarantee the change request.
